Lamb Box

Whole lamb box contains: - approx 12-14 kg

• 2 x shoulder, boned and rolled - approx weight 2.8-3kg
  
• 2 x lamb leg roast, on the bone - approx weight 2.5-2.7kg
  
• 2 x lamb shank, on the bone - approx weight 800g-1kg
  
• Lamb loin chops (approx 26-28 pieces) - approx weight 2.5-2.7kg
  
• Lamb mince - approx. 1.8-2kg

This is our first ‘crop’ of Inverlonan bred and reared pure Hebridean hogget from Spring 2024! We have c.10 hogget available - for you to buy either as full boxes (£190) or half boxes (£95). We will be sending out the boxes in the last 2 weeks of September.

West coast pasture fed. Pure Hebridean hogget. No antibiotics. Regenerative farming practices. Sweet and succulent. Land and animals have been undergoing formal organic conversion for the last 18+ months. Animals reared and tasting as they should.
